On Thursday, April 6th, a completely different kind of egg hunt happens. Older kids can enjoy an evening of searching for eggs and prizes in the dark! DC Winter Lantern Festival
Did you miss the Chinese New Year Lanterns at the Kennedy Center this year? Don't fret! Many beautiful lanterns will make an appearance at this extraordinary display in Tysons, Virginia through February 12, 2023 at the Lerner Town Square, Tysons II.
Free public parking nearby or pay $10 for onsite parking.
Per their website, all cut your own trees are $60 and up to 7ft. They recommend that you bring your own wipes for handles.
A variety of pre-cut trees are also available ranging between $80 - $225.
The address to use for locating the trees is 12230 Belle Meade Rd, Markham, VA 22643, but you will enter in front of the LOVE sign.
Early reservations required! While you're there to cut your tree (or have them cut it for you) you can pick up a variety of farm products like, jellies, syrups, and honey.
